I'm the sole owner and operator of PowerFuel Nutrition, and I'm deeply passionate about personally helping people create lasting, meaningful change in their health and wellbeing.
At PowerFuel Nutrition, my approach goes beyond food alone. I support individuals to improve their wellbeing through nutrition, mindset, and movement - not just for themselves, but for their whānau and the wider community. Being able to educate, guide, and empower people on this journey is a true privilege.

Life is busy. I know this first-hand. I'm a wife and mum to three kids, juggling work, school schedules, household demands, and yes… changing hormones too. I understand how challenging it can feel to prioritise your health while managing everything else life throws at you.
That's why my coaching is realistic, practical, and sustainable - designed to fit into your life, not take it over.

I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland and have completed further study in Nutrition and Health Coaching through the Holistic Performance Institute, as well as studied Clinical Nutrition. This formal education is backed by years of hands-on experience working with real people, real lives, and real challenges.

2025 Torian Pro Competitor
NZ CrossFit Nationals Champion (35-42 Masters)
I also believe in practising what I teach. In 2025, I competed at an elite international level at the Torian Pro as part of a team, and I am a New Zealand CrossFit Nationals Champion in the 35–42 Masters division. As a woman in her 40s, I am currently the fittest and healthiest I've ever been - proof that the right approach works at every stage of life.

We will teach you to balance your meals and meal timing to optimise your day, your recovery and your performance.
